Meet Your Instructor
Hey, I’m Kiley, and I’m very excited to share something new with you – something I’ve been working towards for a while now.
Yoga and I have had a love-hate relationship for a long time, but something kept drawing me towards it—the challenge – the reward – the freedom of expression. I wanted to learn more about yoga and the different poses, so I decided to further my knowledge. I started training to be a yoga instructor.
The incredible Yoga training I received was to learn more about the postures and its history and connect with different people who shared the same passion as me. The journey was unexpected and scary. I thought, “I can not teach – I am not flexible – I am not in the best shape – and I wasn’t practicing Yoga every day – How could I possibly teach others?!
After completing my training, I realized it’s not about being flexible, ‘in-shape,’ or exercising. You don’t have to be “the yoga type” to experience its benefits. You only need to show up as who you are today, breathe and be kind to yourself.
